Every engagement starts with a paid Technical Assessment. I look at what you have (or what you want to build) and tell you what it actually needs and what that takes. You get a written plan and a recorded walkthrough. The plan is yours to keep whether we work together or not, and the fee is credited toward any follow-on work.
STEP 01 · DAY 1
Access & Context Call
Read-only repository access, staging environment credentials, and a 30-minute kick-off call. I need to understand what the product does, who built it, and what you are worried about. That context shapes everything.
STEP 02 · DAYS 2–3
Architecture Review
Data model, service boundaries, API design, authentication flows, state management patterns, and the dependency graph. Documented as a written summary and, where useful, a diagram.
STEP 03 · DAYS 3–4
Security & Dependency Pass
Authentication and session handling, exposed endpoints without proper authorisation, secrets and environment variable hygiene, SQL injection and XSS vectors, CVEs in dependencies. Every finding rated by severity and exploitability.
STEP 04 · DAY 5
Risk Register & Written Report
A prioritised list of findings, each one with what it is, why it matters, realistic effort to fix, and recommended action. Plain English. No unnecessary alarm, no padding.

Recorded Walkthrough
A 30-minute recorded call where I walk through every finding with you and your team. You get the video, the full written report, and a follow-up async Q&A window for any questions that come up after.

Yes, I use Cursor and Claude every day, and they make me faster. What they don't do, yet, is design your data model, catch a Stripe webhook that fails quietly, or notice a login flow leaking session tokens. That part is still me, and I stay responsible for it.

I'm Suhag, a full-stack engineer based in Tangail, Bangladesh. I work with B2B SaaS founders and teams, usually 5 to 50 people, and I own the technical side: building, scaling, and maintaining the product.
I built my own B2B SaaS, Carrier Intelligence, solo from zero to production: millions of US carrier records, sub-second ranked search, and Stripe billing across 4 plans. I also moved a UK music platform off shared hosting onto real infrastructure. It now serves millions of users a month at 99.99% uptime.
