Moved a UK music platform straining at around two million users off shared cPanel hosting onto a VPS setup with Nginx, load balancing, multiple instances, auto-restart, and automated CI/CD. It now serves millions of users a month at 99.99% uptime, with mobile load time cut from 5.3s to 2.3s.
