Working on

  • Open for new pilot project engagements - currently accepting MVP build and AI prototype rescue inquiries.
  • Refining the week-one foundation phase based on recent client feedback - tightening the handoff between discovery and first staging deploy.
  • Writing a series of technical essays on production-readiness: the gap between "works on my laptop" and "works for 50 concurrent users."

Learning

  • LangGraph - deep-diving state machine patterns for complex multi-step agents.
  • Braintrust evals - building a repeatable eval harness for RAG pipelines.
  • Rust - reading The Book; not shipping it yet, but understanding the mental model.
