Full-stack web development that ships.
Websites and web applications built to production standards.
Same stack, same quality, same deployment rigour as the SaaS products I build.
Sanity, Contentful, or a headless solution your team can actually edit without me.
Core Web Vitals green, LCP under 2.0 s, and accessibility baked in - not bolted on.
Not every project is a SaaS MVP. Sometimes you need a high-performance marketing site that converts, a company website built for SEO, a custom web application that replaces a manual process, or a client portal that doesn't look like it was made in 2014. I build these with the same production-grade stack - Next.js, Tailwind, a CMS your team can actually use, and deployment that won't break when you share it on LinkedIn.
A clear process, start to finish.
Discovery & Scope
DAYS 1–3We define pages, interactions, integrations (CMS, forms, analytics, APIs), and any performance or SEO requirements. I produce a written scope before development starts.
Design Review
DAYS 3–5If you have Figma files: I review for feasibility and flag anything that will be painful to implement. If you do not have designs: I work from your content and brand guidelines to wireframe key pages.
Development
WEEKS 1–3Next.js (App Router), Tailwind CSS, and a CMS of your choice (Sanity, Contentful, or headless). All code in your GitHub. Staging URL live by end of week one.
QA & Performance
FINAL WEEKCross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, mobile), Core Web Vitals audit, accessibility check (WCAG AA), and SEO metadata. Lighthouse Performance target: 95+ on mobile.
Launch & Handover
LAUNCH DAYDeploy to Vercel (or your hosting of choice), configure domain, set up analytics, and hand over CMS access with a written guide for your team. 14-day support window post-launch.
Right for you if any of these fit.
- →You need a marketing or landing page that converts visitors into signups.
- →You are fundraising and need a company website that reflects the product quality.
- →You have an internal process running on spreadsheets that should be a proper web app.
- →You need a client portal, dashboard, or reporting tool built fast.
- →You have a Figma design ready and need a developer who will respect it pixel-by-pixel.
- →You need strong Core Web Vitals and SEO fundamentals baked in - not added later.
What I don't do.
- ✗Backend APIs and databases beyond a CMS or simple form handler are out of scope - use the MVP Build.
- ✗Ongoing content updates and maintenance after the 14-day window are not included.
- ✗I do not write copy or produce photography/video - you supply the content.
- ✗SEO strategy and keyword research are not included - I implement on-page SEO correctly, not plan the strategy.
Not the right fit?
- ✗Full SaaS products with auth, billing, and multi-tenancy - use the MVP Build instead.
- ✗WordPress, Wix, or Webflow-only projects - I build with code, not drag-and-drop.
- ✗E-commerce stores requiring custom ERP or warehouse integrations.
- ✗Native mobile apps (iOS/Android) - web and PWA only.
