Landguru
I took the lead in transforming the Landguru Figma design into a dynamic React-based Front End project. The primary focus of this endeavor was to create an enticing landing page, ensure full responsiveness, optimize images for enhanced performance, and maintain clean, easily understandable code.
What was broken, and why it mattered.
The goal was to build a polished real estate landing page that demonstrated strong layout composition, property listing card patterns, and conversion-focused design for the property services category. The project required building a multi-section marketing site that felt premium and trustworthy within a highly competitive and imitated web aesthetic.
How I fixed it.
Built a multi-section real estate landing page with a map-integrated property search hero, a featured listings grid with property card design, agent profile cards, neighborhood guides, client testimonials, and a lead capture form.
Applied a premium visual aesthetic with professional photography composition patterns and a clear CTA hierarchy that guided visitors from property browsing to agent contact.
Numbers that actually moved.
What I'd do differently.
Real estate websites are one of the most imitated categories in web design. The challenge is building something that feels premium and trustworthy rather than generic. The lessons from this project about layout density and image-to-text ratio in property cards carried directly into subsequent client work.
Suhag Al Amin built a multi-section real estate landing page featuring an integrated property search hero, a featured listings grid, agent profile cards, neighborhood guides, and a lead capture form. The project explored premium layout composition and image-led design patterns in the highly competitive real estate web category.
A few other things I've shipped.
Have a pilot deadline? Let's talk.
Tell me where you are. I'll tell you, honestly, whether 6-8 weeks is realistic and what the first week looks like.
