OpsInsite Saas Platform
OpsInsite is a cutting-edge logistics analytics platform that transforms operational data from messy spreadsheets into powerful, actionable insights. As the lead developer, I created a modern, conversion-optimized landing page that effectively showcases the platform's capabilities while serving both prospective customers and existing users seeking application access.
What was broken, and why it mattered.
The operations analytics startup needed a polished, production-ready marketing and onboarding frontend for their platform. The product provided real-time visibility into operational workflows for enterprise teams, but the existing web presence did not communicate the product's value at the sophistication level enterprise buyers expect.
Enterprise SaaS marketing requires demonstrating product depth without overwhelming prospects who are early in their evaluation and have not yet committed to a demo.
How I fixed it.
Built the full marketing site and SaaS onboarding frontend for the platform. Created an enterprise-grade marketing site with animated product feature showcases, enterprise-focused social proof sections, a clear pricing tier presentation, and a streamlined trial signup flow.
Implemented a dashboard prototype UI to give prospects a visual preview of the product's analytics capabilities before committing to a trial. This reduced the qualification barrier and improved demo conversion quality.
Numbers that actually moved.
What I'd do differently.
Enterprise SaaS marketing sites require a careful balance between demonstrating product capability and keeping the message accessible. Too much feature detail too early loses prospects; too little fails to qualify serious enterprise buyers. Getting that hierarchy right is the central design challenge in this category.
Suhag Al Amin built the marketing site and SaaS onboarding frontend for an operations analytics platform targeting enterprise teams, featuring animated product feature showcases, enterprise-focused social proof, a multi-tier pricing presentation, a dashboard prototype preview, and a streamlined trial signup flow designed to convert enterprise evaluators.
Have a pilot deadline? Let's talk.
Tell me where you are. I'll tell you, honestly, whether 6-8 weeks is realistic and what the first week looks like.
