Complete rebuild of a UK investment and capital advisory firm's website, from design to production. Replaced a dated static site with a modern, premium Next.js 16 application optimized for authority, trust, and lead generation.
What was broken, and why it mattered.
The client, a UK-based investment and capital advisory firm, had a dated website that failed to project the authority and credibility that high-net-worth prospects expect. The old site had no clear value proposition, a broken mobile experience, and no lead capture capability.
In financial services, a professional digital presence is a primary trust signal. The existing site was actively hurting conversion at the first impression stage, before prospects had a chance to evaluate the firm's actual expertise.
How I fixed it.
Rebuilt the website from the ground up with a sophisticated, premium design language suited to financial services. Implemented a dark, authoritative aesthetic with refined typography and a clear service architecture. Created conversion-optimized pages for each service line with prominent calls to action and team credentials sections for social proof.
Built a server-side contact form with Zod validation and Resend email delivery so the client receives properly formatted lead notifications. Added dark mode support with next-themes and a fully responsive mobile layout. All code is statically typed with TypeScript and structured for long-term maintainability.

Financial services clients require a careful balance between premium aesthetics and information clarity. The design process involved multiple rounds of refinement to get the tone right: authoritative without being cold, accessible without being formal to the point of distance.
The Resend integration for transactional email meant the client started receiving properly formatted lead notifications from day one, which immediately demonstrated ROI from the rebuild.
