Redesigned a medical allergy clinic's WordPress website to a modern, premium aesthetic that guides visitors through a clear patient journey and improves appointment booking conversion in a competitive healthcare market.
What was broken, and why it mattered.
The clinic's existing WordPress site was outdated in both design and functionality. The visual language was clinical and dated, the mobile experience was broken on smaller screens, and there was no clear path guiding visitors from landing to booking an appointment.
In a competitive healthcare market where patients make trust decisions within seconds of landing on a page, the old site was actively losing potential patients to competitors with more professional online presences.
How I fixed it.
Redesigned the entire WordPress site with a modern, premium healthcare aesthetic. Rebuilt the theme to create a clean, trust-first visual hierarchy that positions the clinic as authoritative and approachable. Restructured the information architecture to create a clear patient journey: condition overview, clinic approach, team credentials, and an accessible booking call to action.
Added clear call-to-action sections at multiple scroll depths, improved service pages with benefit-led content, optimized the site for local SEO with proper heading structure and schema markup, and ensured a mobile-first experience across all devices and screen sizes.
