Designed and built multiple high-converting custom landing pages on a Shopify store for a beauty and lifestyle brand, each tailored to specific paid advertising campaigns and optimized for cold traffic conversion.

THE CHALLENGE

What was broken, and why it mattered.

The brand needed dedicated landing pages for paid advertising campaigns but the default Shopify theme pages were not converting well enough to make ad spend profitable. Generic product pages lack the focused narrative, social proof density, and purchase urgency needed to convert cold traffic arriving from ads.

Each campaign needed a page tailored to a specific audience and offer, rather than a generic product listing that works for organic browse traffic but fails for paid campaign visitors with different intent.

THE SOLUTION

How I fixed it.

Designed and built custom Shopify landing pages for each campaign, applying conversion rate optimization principles throughout. Each page was structured with a clear value proposition above the fold, stacked social proof sections, product showcase blocks with benefit-led copy, urgency elements, and streamlined purchase CTAs with minimal friction.

Pages were optimized for mobile-first rendering since the majority of paid ad traffic arrives on mobile devices. All pages were built to meet Core Web Vitals thresholds to avoid quality score penalties on ad platforms and protect the cost-per-click economics of each campaign.

What I'd do differently.

Shopify landing page work is as much about persuasion architecture as it is about code. The challenge is applying proven conversion rate optimization frameworks within the constraints of the platform while keeping pages fast and on-brand.

The brief per page was tight, which forced sharp copy decisions and layout hierarchy choices upfront rather than iterating later. That constraint produced cleaner results than open-ended briefs typically do.
